Music Programs

Small Voices of Grace

Small Voices of Grace is the youngest choir at Grace United Church. They learn songs about faith, they learn how to sing and they learn how to co-operate through singing games. This group is for ages 3 to 8.

Spirit of Grace

Spirit of Grace is a singing group for ages 8-14. They learn spiritual songs and musical theatre numbers as well. They love getting to learn more difficult music and move onto 2 part singing.

Spirit Singers

The oldest youth choir at Grace United Church. This group is for singers looking to take their music to the next level. They learn 3 part harmony songs and raise spirits everywhere they sing. They are from ages 14-19.

Children's Programs

Sunday School

At Grace United Church we believe every child is a cherished gift from God. Our Sunday School program welcomes children ages three and up to learn, grow, and explore their faith in a fun, engaging, and meaningful way.

Through hands-on activities, stories, music, and conversation, we help children discover God’s love in ways they can easily understand and relate to. Our caring volunteers create a safe and supportive environment where kids can ask questions, build friendships, and experience the joy of being part of a church family.

We’d love to welcome your child to join us on Sunday mornings at 10:30 am as we learn, laugh, and grow together in God’s grace.

Baptism

Baptism is a sacred rite in the Christian tradition, symbolizing one’s belonging within the community of faith. In keeping with the church’s heritage, we seek to honour God’s grace while preserving the meaning and integrity of this sacrament. Baptism takes place during public worship, where the congregation welcomes the child into the beginning of their faith journey.

When parent(s) are not active or confirmed members, a church member—such as a grandparent, close friend, or relative—may serve as a sponsor to offer support and encouragement. For families living elsewhere, we are also able to provide baptism on behalf of your home congregation, with the hope that your own church will offer prayers or recognition of the celebration. We hope this information helps you understand the significance of baptism and supports you in your decision for your child.

Confirmation

Confirmation 2026

Making new disciples for Jesus is

the ministry of the church.

The Confirmation Program invites children and grandchildren, ages 13 and over, to participate.

This program recognizes the busy schedules of our young people and has been designed to make participation as convenient and meaningful as possible.

Each confirmand is asked to choose a mentor. A mentor may be a family member, a friend, or someone from the congregation who is willing to support them throughout the program.

Your participation is greatly appreciated. A detailed program schedule will be available soon. Please contact the church office for further information or to register.
